Grit & Grace is a unique blend of physical fitness and spiritual bonding. In this 6 week class series, Cheyenne will lead you in a 30 minute workout that includes strength training, core work, and flexibility exercises, all set to uplifting music that inspires worship and connection in our studio. The second half of class will consist of a 10 minute stretch & cool down with the intention of mindfulness and grounding. To finish class, you will get cozy, grab your bibles and engage in a 20 minute bible study centered around prayer and gratitude. Cheyenne's new class series aims to create a faith centered atmosphere where you can grow in your fitness journey, create bonds and deepen your spiritual connection with God .
