Spend 2.5 hours to assess the big picture of cueing as well as honing in on details that can enhance your offerings and fine tune your style. We will discuss different types of cues, inclusive language, and explore tools to intertwine cues with specific sequences and themes.

You will be moving and writing, so bring a mat, notebook, and an open mind.

Open to any yoga teacher or teacher in training. This training module meets the standards for 2.5 hours of continuing education for Yoga Alliance registered teachers.
