This program has all of the same great curriculum as our online 200Hr YTT but includes 6 days total of in-person meetings. Approximately 65% in-person and 35% online learning. These in-person meetings will be split up into 2, three-day weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) from 8:30 am - 5 pm. If you want to see the curriculum then go to this link to view and also preview it.

Bring walking shoes, a journal, pens, Embodied Posture Book, Yamas & Niyamas book, a yoga mat, and an extra change of clothes for each day.
