Level One lays the foundation for becoming a trauma-informed practitioner.

To avoid the 2.9% electronic fee, you can pay via cash, venmo, or check. If you choose to pay in one of these forms, reach out to O'Livia to coordinate payment. Payment is required to hold your spot and is limited to 8 participants.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment and Registration:

Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the training.

Refund Policy:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason. If you are unable to attend the training after registering, please refer to our rescheduling policy below.

Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend the training you registered for, you may reschedule your registration for a future cohort at no additional cost. To be eligible for rescheduling, you must notify us in writing via email at least 72 hours prior to the start date of your originally scheduled training.

• To Reschedule: Please email us at liv@zenningkent.com with your full name, original training date, and the new date you wish to transfer to.

• Rescheduling Limit: You may reschedule your registration one time. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled training, your payment will be forfeited.

Training Details and Logistics:

• Food and Beverages: Please bring your own lunch and any light snacks you may need. We will provide a selection of tea and water throughout the day.

• Attire: Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. The training will include light movement and nervous system regulation practices that require a full range of motion.

Non-Transferable:

Your registration is for your individual use only and is non-transferable to another person.
