This special fundraising workshop focuses on simple, effective ways to relieve tension using massage balls and mindful movement. Whether you're dealing with tight hips, stiff shoulders, or everyday aches, you'll learn techniques to help your body feel better on your own terms. All proceeds will support a local cause, with the organization to be announced soon.
During the workshop, we’ll use tools like Alpha Tune Up Balls to explore targeted techniques for releasing tension and improving mobility. Whether you're dealing with tight hips, stiff shoulders, sore feet, or general muscle fatigue, these simple, accessible methods can help you move with more ease and comfort. You’ll learn how to work with your own body to reduce pain, improve body awareness, and build habits that support long-term relief. It’s a hands-on, feel-good session designed to help you care for yourself in a deeper, more intentional way.
We’ll have equipment available, but feel free to bring your own massage or Tune Up balls if you have them.
