October is National Pet Wellness Month, so join Mel for a PAWesome 45 minute sweat sesh to raise funds for our October Charity of the Month: Neighborhood Pets

Established in 2016, Neighborhood Pets is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to keeping pets and people together in Cleveland. They serve low-income pet owners by providing free pet food, low-cost wellness care, vaccines, supplies, and resources that help families care for their beloved animals. Beyond basic needs, they offer support and guidance so that pets stay healthy, safe, and in their homes with the people who love them. Every donation directly impacts local families and their pets, helping to build a stronger, more compassionate community.

Cash donations cannot be accepted for this ride, so please either make a donation at the link above or donate upon arrival in-studio. 100% of your donation goes to Neighborhood Pets. 

This will be a 45-minute beat based indoor cycling ride. Towels and clip-in cycling shoes or cages for your own tennis shoes will be provided at no extra charge. We also provide bottled water and snacks for purchase in the lobby.
