Join Nick for a 45 minute sweat sesh to raise funds for our January Charity of the Month: Urban Squash Cleveland 

USC is a year-round youth development program that is all about helping Cleveland youth uncover their capabilities and set goals, while breaking down barriers to bridge ethnic, racial and social-economic divides. We do this by bringing the sport of squash, historically only accessible to wealthy people who could join private athletic clubs, to underserved youths, and simultaneously providing the academic, social and enrichment resources they need to unleash their potential.

Cash donations cannot be accepted for this ride, so please either make a donation at the link above or donate upon arrival in-studio. 100% of your donation goes to GCFB. 

This will be a 45-minute beat based indoor cycling ride. Towels and clip-in cycling shoes or cages for your own tennis shoes will be provided at no extra charge. We also provide bottled water and snacks for purchase in the lobby.
