Come soften your edges and settle into stillness.
This cozy, intimate workshop guided by Rosie Araujo is designed to
ease your nervous system through breathing, grounding yoga,
restorative postures, supportive props, and deep rest. Let yourself
be bathed in calming sound, guided into a dreamy yoga nidra
meditation, and wrapped in the comfort of community.
We’ll close with light bites by Alex, a calming juice elixir by
Juiceful, and soothing tea— a moment to connect with community off
the mat, unwind, and simply be.
All are welcome, just bring your breath and an open heart.
