Join Andrea Karahalios and Open Door Yoga for an information rich workshop

on how to prepare for, and conduct a 3 day, at home mini retreat and food

cleanse.

 

This Ayurvedic cleanse follows the ancient principles of Yoga’s ‘sister science’

Ayurveda, literally translated as The Science of Life. It is a seasonal reset that

keeps us in harmony with the rhythms of nature.

 

In this workshop we will discuss how to create a supportive environment for our

3 day home experience. Andrea will help you create your own daily routine

incorporating techniques to nurture the nose, mouth, skin and lymphatic

system, asana, pranayama and meditation. She will provide recipes for herbs,

teas and meals and afternoon restorative poses. Please bring a mat for practice

and notepad, pen + phone to take pictures.

WhatsApp chat on your chosen dates. We so look forward to leading this
