Join Sara for a day devoted to deepening awareness into the layers of your being. Allow the Reiki energy she brings to the space to nurture healing and a loving return to yourself while exploring the ways your Yoga practice unfolds beyond the mat.

 

The morning will begin with a welcoming circle followed by a guided meditation and gentle, somatic movement. After a break with some light refreshments you’ll be led on a journey through Yoga Nidra accompanied by a sound bath followed by a closing circle to complete the day.
