It's an outdoor event in Lakewood to celebrate the Summer Solstice.  Come join me, Nancy, in my backyard for 108 Sun Salutations outdoors with other studio members!  Arrive at 6:30 pm with your own yoga mat.  We'll watch the sun set as we take our time through 108 different variations of Sun Salutations. 

After the 108 portion, the sun salutation participants will go home and the Strawberry Moon yogis will enjoy drinks around a fire.  We'll take a silent noble hike through the golf course, under the Strawberry Moon!  We'll also learn about (and make) moon water.  

We'll end the evening with Yoga Nidra in a cozy yurt (that's a big tent).  You may stay in the tent or go home... up to you. In the morning we'll have coffee, a bite to eat, and a morning yoga flow.  And don't forget to take your moon water when you leave!

Please bring a yoga mat and (perhaps) a beach towel to go under it so your mat stays clean during the sun salutations.  You'll need a cozy blanket as well.  If you stay the night don't forget a sleeping bag and pillow, and a change of clothes.  Reserve your spot today.  The address will be sent to the attendees before the date of the event.
