Join us for an evening of gentle movement and restorative yoga in support of men’s mental health this Movember. Over two nights—Friday, November 8th and Friday, November 15th, from 7:00–8:30 PM—we’ll move, breathe, and relax together while raising awareness and funds for a cause that matters.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a soothing practice to unwind and restore balance. 100% of proceeds will be donated to the Movember Foundation to support men’s mental health initiatives.
Can’t make it in person or want to contribute further? You’ll have the opportunity to donate via our online link and show your support for men’s mental health from anywhere.
