About the Program

This Level 1 Universal Yoga® Teacher Training is the first 100 hours of the 200-hour YTT and part of the full 500-hour  Advanced Studies Program. 
The course provides a solid foundation in Universal Yoga® principles and prepares practitioners to teach with depth, clarity, and energetic awareness.

Academic meaning of Yoga and traditional Yoga system philosophy and methods.
- Yoga Sutras of Patanjali essence.
- What is Universal Yoga.
 • All about Asanas.
Learn the scientific structure of stretching - Asanas for all directions of mobility.  - Strengthening Asanas for the main groups of muscles.
- All Asanas for ballance, relaxation, and restoration. 
- Asanas for Pranayamas, concentration, and meditation. 
- Internal techniques of Shavasana and Mrita Mudra.
 • Adjustments and Alignment Principles
