 • Complete techniques of  Mudras and Bandhas practice with Micro and Macro Energy Orbits in Tantric Hatha Yoga practices.
- All about Chakras, Rasas and Kundalini Awaikening.
- Attention Control methods of Raja Yoga.
- Karma control yoga methods.
OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL TOPICS IF ENOUGH TIME WILL BE LEFT:
- Kriyas - purification of all human Shells with all elements.
