You are invited to our 3rd Spark of Light Movement.

We are excited to introduce a beautiful monthly offering at AUM: The Spark of Light Movement — a transformational experience designed to bring more light, clarity, and alignment into your life.

Created and led by Jana Collins, this movement blends sound, frequency, vibration, movement, and education to help participants feel better in their daily lives. At its core, Spark of Light is about supporting people in reconnecting to their body, mind, and heart, by using simple tools and methods — and doing it collectively in community, where unity and connection naturally begin to rise.

Each month, Jana curates a unique theme and gathers four guest facilitators in addition to herself, each bringing their own wisdom, gifts, and teachings.

Together they spark a rich and meaningful experience through specific practices such as energetic movement, breathwork, somatic release, meditation, intuitive games and exercises, sacred geometry, light frequencies, creative interaction, meaningful discussions, and more. Participants also enjoy delicious, nourishing snacks, adding to the overall warmth and sense of togetherness.
