Saturday Mornings: 8:00 AM led by Vera - enjoy a 60 minute Foundations Yoga class followed by a Crystal Sound Bath. The yoga session followed by garden stroll.

Tuesday Evening: 5:30 PM led by Leanne - A summer yin flow class to cool the body and mind. The yoga session followed by garden stroll.
