Join yoga teacher Mari Kayfus for a welcoming, body-positive workshop that shines a light on one of the most essential—and often overlooked—areas of the body: the pelvic floor.
In this session, you’ll explore how pelvic floor health supports everything from posture and breathing to core strength, and emotional well-being. You’ll also learn how it plays a key role in preventing or managing issues like incontinence, pelvic pain, organ prolapse, and childbirth recovery.
Through gentle yoga, breathwork, guided self-assessments, and movement practices, you’ll gain practical tools to:

strength and relaxation
• Improve bladder control and reduce
leakage
• Enhance breathing and core stability
• Aid in prenatal and postpartum
recovery
• Relieve pelvic tension and discomfort
