Birth is a big day, and it works best when you’re both prepared!

This 90-minute Birth Prep Basics workshop is a relaxed, engaging class for couples who want to understand what’s coming, feel confident in their choices, and walk into birth feeling like a team.

We’ll cover how labor and birth actually work, what truly helps during contractions, how partners can support in real, practical ways, and how to navigate the hospital birth space without fear or pressure. There are interactive moments, hands-on tips, and plenty of clarity! No overwhelm, no scare tactics, and no “one right way” approach.

You’ll leave feeling more connected to each other, more confident in the process, and ready to support one another through birth and those first moments with your baby.

Tickets are final sale, one person per couple (you) must register and sign Newport Peach's liability waiver. This class is open to all expectant mothers, not just for Peach clients! Please share with friends! One partner can join you for the class included in your ticket price.
