Ayurveda is the science of life, and includes both systematized knowledge and practical wisdom to form the art of healthy living. It is often confusing and complicated to understand as western students. In this workshop, we will explore this application as it touches all phases of life, body, mind and spirit through the use of food and experiences.
What we will cover:
Learning easy and understandable ways to compliment your yoga practice through reinforcing daily rituals and routines, intuitive ways of eating, and yoga that supports everything you do off the mat to feel better. Learn self-understanding for making food choices, mending and nurturing existing relationships, seeing habits that contribute to illness and trust your intuition to make lifestyle choices that keep you thriving!
Āyurveda is not a complicated diet, confusing method of restriction, or hard line discipline to adhere to relentlessly in order to feel better. Ayurveda exists to build you up!!!
