The backflip is a classic “bucket list” item that you can work on at MOTIVE on Saturday, August 11th. This will be a crash course where we'll arm you with all the prerequisites necessary to achieve a standing back tuck.

We'll have drills, specific techniques and, of course, experienced coaches here to spot you along the way.
