A four-week program built to maximize a soccer player’s performance both on and off the ball.

Resistance Band Training – build functional strength and endurance

Key Muscle Development for Power Striking – generate more force and accuracy in every shot

Core Strength & Stability – improve balance, control, and body positioning

Explosive Maneuvering – sharpen acceleration, quick cuts, and agility

Mobility & Flexibility Work – increase range of motion, reduce injury risk, and improve fluid movement on the field

Injury Prevention for Young Players – develop safe training habits to protect growing bodies and support long-term development

Instructions Spéciales :
Players will need shin guards, indoor or outdoor cleats, and water. You do NOT need a ball.
