Preseason Performance Program
On & Off the Ball Development
This three-week preseason program is designed to prepare players for the demands of the upcoming season by developing performance with the ball and without it. Sessions blend physical training with soccer-specific movement and ball work to help players enter the season stronger, sharper, and more confident.
Program Focus Areas:

Resistance Band Training
Build functional strength and endurance that transfer directly to on-field actions. -
Power Striking Development
Improve shooting mechanics, force generation, and accuracy through targeted muscle activation and ball-striking work. -
Core Strength & Stability
Enhance balance, control, and body positioning for contact and change-of-direction moments. -
Explosive Movement & Agility
Develop acceleration, quick cuts, and sharp directional changes both with and without the ball. -
Mobility & Flexibility
Increase range of motion, support efficient movement patterns, and reduce injury risk.
This program combines performance training, movement mechanics, and soccer-specific ball work, creating a complete preseason preparation experience.
Instructions Spéciales :
Players will need shin guards, indoor or outdoor cleats, and water. You do NOT need a ball.
