Come Move with Zeina – Her First Zumba Class at Natural Vibes!

Join us in celebrating our friend and community member Zeina as she leads her very first Zumba class! Zeina recently became a certified instructor, and this special free session is a chance for her to share her passion, energy, and unique style — and for you to help cheer her on.

Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just curious to try, come out for a fun, supportive class and help Zeina kick off this exciting new journey. Let’s dance, sweat, and show her some love!

What to Bring / Wear:

• Comfortable workout clothes – something you can move and sweat in

• Supportive sneakers – Zumba involves quick movements, so good shoes are key

• Water bottle – stay hydrated!

• A towel (optional) – for those mid-dance sweat sessions
