We’ll open the space with delicious cacao. Ceremonial cacao contains theobromine, a gentle, natural stimulant that increases circulation and opens the heart center, inviting warmth, emotional clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself and others. Sherri will then offer a delightful Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep. During this Nidra, Sherri will guide you on an Upper World Journey. There is an invisible reality beyond the physical world that is accessible through shamanic journeying. This is the world of Angels, Cosmic Beings, Spirit Guides and Elders. In traveling to the Upper World, we travel upwards to find your teachers and your guides. These beings will support you on your journey and your path as you walk guided in every direction
