From there, Nicholas will guide a meditative Kundalini Yoga kriya designed to deepen self-awareness, clear energetic blocks, and awaken inner radiance. This is a chance to tune in, turn inward, and connect to the deeper intelligence of your being.

From that stillness, Jacob will lead a grounded yet creative yoga flow- accessible for all levels that gradually expands into free-form movement, inviting you to embody the full expression of your radiant self. Through breath, music, and intuitive motion, we’ll explore the energy of transformation, power, and joy that this solar portal brings.

To close, Nicholas will guide a gentle meditation and sound healing to help you integrate the journey, letting the practice settle in body and spirit. We’ll complete with a closing circle, sealing our intentions and honoring the sacred light we each carry forward.
