This specialized 4-week mat series is designed to enhance your dance technique through focused Pilates training. Each session progressively builds your strength, flexibility, and body awareness through mat movements that foster breath control, balance, centering, rhythm, endurance, and oppositional energy. This complementary practice serves as essential cross-training to help you reach your full potential as a dancer. Prior dance or fitness experience is preferred, but not required. Note: a personal mat is required, and barefoot is suggested
