Combination of basketball skills training, age-appropriate strength/agilty and jump training AND live 3 on 3 competitive play!  Players can come with a team of up to 4 (1 sub).

We also will have a “free agent pool” for any players looking for teammates.  All sessions are 90 minutes long.  We will have a champion at the end of the final week!
