Myofascial Release & Yin Yoga complement each other very effectively. Incorporating Myofascial release techniques into a Yin Yoga practice can enhance the benefits of both. Myofascial Release can be used to target specific areas of tension, allowing for a deeper release during yin poses. Combining the two practices can improve the body’s overall flexibility and mobility while addressing areas of chronic tension and discomfort. We have therapy balls to use but bring your own if you prefer. Bolsters, blocks and blankets will also be used during practice.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Late entry is not permitted to ensure the best experience for everyone.

Bring your mat, water bottle, and towel if needed.

Kindly remove your shoes outside and place them, along with any other personal items, in a cubby at the back of the studio. Jackets can be hung in the bathroom behind the door.

Participants must be 16 years or older to attend.

Please be mindful when entering and exiting the building, as we are a shared space. We’re located on the third floor and access is via exterior stairs.

No cell phones in class: If you bring your phone in, please turn it off (not just on vibrate) to maintain a distraction-free environment.
