Surrounded by glowing candles, you’ll begin this intimate gathering with tea service as you make your way to your mat and get comfy-cozy. Leaning into intuition, you will set intentions for your practice and ground yourself to receive Reiki Energy Healing. After being called back to your bodies, you will transition to embodying and integrating healing through journaling and engaging in an open discussion. You'll feel a deep sense of relaxation, as tensions dissolve and energy flows freely throughout your body. This Reiki Circle is intended to experience deep relaxation, energetic balance, emotional release, physical relief and enhance your spiritual connection.
