A supportive, body based women's circle for learning and belonging.

This circle is designed to be a soul tonic for all mamas. We'll explore topics related to raising children in a tribeless culture, touching on the tender topics of isolation, grief, guilt, enoughness, and learn & practice skills to return home to our deep selves so we can mother from the heart. 

*Somatic Skills 101 is a pre-requisite for this Circle, and is offered monthly.

Welcome beautiful Mama! Wear comfy clothes, bring a water bottle and a journal. We'll provide nourishing tea, and supportive props for sitting & laying down.
