As part of LGBT History Month, join Elise at Yoga Body Shop for a special community class supporting Identity LGBTQ+ Youth Center of Binghamton.
Identity is “a place to explore yourself, discover yourself, and be yourself” — offering a safe, supportive environment for teens and young adults ages 13–24 who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, or questioning. Learn more at idyouth.org.
This fun-filled, non-heated yoga class will be designed to meet the needs and abilities of everyone in the room. Come as you are, move your body, and give back to a meaningful cause.
