Parental & Me Buti Yoga
Move, connect, and have fun together! This special Buti Yoga class is designed for parents (or caregivers) and their little ones to share in joyful movement. Buti Yoga blends dynamic yoga flows, upbeat music, dance-inspired cardio, and core-toning techniques — and in this class, we keep it playful and family-friendly.

Expect giggles, gentle partner poses, creative movement, and time to strengthen your body while deepening your bond. No yoga experience is needed — just bring your energy, your little one, and an open heart.
