Join Alyssa for a 75-minute Specialty Aerial Cube Workshop, featuring creative transitions, beautiful shapes, and sequences designed to explore the cube’s unique geometry. This is the only aerial cube in the area, offering a rare chance to train on this mesmerizing apparatus.

With just five students, each participant will receive individual time on the cube. While one person flies, the others will practice the same movements and concepts on Lyra Hoop to build strength, fluidity, and body awareness.
