Join us for this joyful and soulful summer kickoff as we embody the vibrant energy of summer!

Outdoor gentle yoga, ecstatic movement, women's circle, soulful community art project, light refreshments and a soothing sound bath!

Outdoor yoga will be moved to the studio in the event of bad weather - all other activites to take place in our studio

Outdoor yoga will take place in the grass across the parking lot from 24 hour fitness.  Please bring your own yoga mat for outdoor yoga. 

A blanket and a bolster will be provided to each participant for our soundbath but please feel free to bring an additonal small blanket and/or sweatshirt for extra comfort and warmth. (many people do tend to get chilly during a sound bath)  

If you have food allergies/intolerances, please email Maria immediately after registration so that the appropriate foods can be purchased.
