Join us for an uplifting and rhythmic DRUMMM Circle at the Behavioral Fitness Studio in Walnut Creek—a welcoming space where rhythm brings people together!

Facilitated by Jeni Swerdlow, MA-ATR of DRUMMM Rhythmic Events, this interactive drum circle invites you to explore the power of rhythm in community, connection, and well-being. No musical experience is needed—just bring your energy and curiosity! We provide all the drums and percussion instruments.

What to expect:

• A hands-on, in-the-moment music-making experience designed to help participants find both individual and collective rhythm.  
• An inclusive, joyful environment where people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities can connect through the universal language of rhythm.  
• Mindful facilitation by Jeni, a seasoned rhythm leader whose work fosters connection, creativity, and shared purpose.  

Whether you’re looking to unwind, connect with community, or simply have fun with sound and movement, this drum circle is a beautiful way to make music together and feel the energy that emerges when hearts and hands meet in rhythm.
