As the seasons shift, join us for a cozy afternoon of community, connection, and hands-on learning. Together we’ll prepare three powerful, nourishing traditions to carry you through the colder months:

Fire Cider — a spicy, invigorating tonic to warm and protect

Elderberry Syrup — a sweet, immune-supportive classic

Sourdough Starter — the beginning of homemade, gut-friendly bread
What to Expect:

Learn the history, benefits, and uses of each remedy

Chop, stir, and create your own tonics in community

Start your own sourdough starter (it’s easier than you think!)

Take home jars to support your health and home kitchen this season

Space to connect, share, and prepare for the colder months ahead
What to Bring:

1 quart-size glass jar (for Fire Cider)

1 pint-size jar or bottle (for Elderberry Syrup)

1 small jar (for your sourdough starter)
We’ll provide all the ingredients and supplies for preparation. To help cover grocery costs, there will be a small contribution ($10–15), payable via Venmo/Zelle after registration.
This workshop is open to all women in our Grassroots community — come as you are and bring a friend!
