Through focused instruction and hands-on reps, athletes will gain a deep understanding of the role, its responsibilities, and the physical tools needed to succeed. Every session is designed to build confidence, athleticism, and awareness from the ground up — laying the groundwork for future performance.

Athletes will be guided through:

• Receiving fundamentals and glove presentation

• Blocking technique and footwork

• Throwing mechanics and efficient transfer/footwork

• Pop time development and accuracy

• Stance work (primary and secondary)

• Game management and leadership behind the plate

• Pitcher-catcher communication and bullpen responsibilities

• Proper warm-up and recovery routines for catchers
