As the name suggests, floor barre uses the same principles of a traditional standing barre class, but
everything is done either lying or sitting on your mat. This is a low-impact, full body workout that
allows participants to engage in gentle movements to help strengthen the pelvic floor, abdominal
wall, back, and glutes, while focusing on proper
breath work to ease tension and melt away stress.

Join Renae for an all-levels floor barre workshop to
strengthen and reconnect to your pelvic floor - whether you're
postpartum, healing, or just ready to feel stronger from the inside
out.
Barre blends Pilates, Yoga, and ballet-inspired movements into
low-impact but incredibly effective strength training. In this
class, we'll focuse on controlled movement, deep core activation,
and breathwork to help reawaken the muscles that hold everything
together.
Instructions Spéciales :
Barefoot or grip socks recommended! Please bring water. We'll have all the props you need to borrow, but if you have your own, feel free to bring them as well.
