This workshop is designed, through meditation and visualization, platonic intimacy and connection and reflection, to bridge the gap from wounded inner child to integrated adult. 

We will start with a sacred cacao ceremony to ground our energy, set an intention and open our hearts to release and receive.

Then through somatic inner healing, you will awaken the space to create a deepened relationship with your inner little child, so you can become the safe space for her/him/they to find respite and peace from past wounds, trauma, and pain. You will experience a physical release from stuck emotions and frozen trauma that lay dormant within your body, dictating how you show up in your adult life. This sacred and safe space will be a beautiful time to be seen, to connect on an embodied level with your fellow humans, and to find the freedom to live your most authentic and vulnerable life!
