Join Jo Anne Cobb for a deeply restorative Somatic Breathwork session designed to help you reconnect with your body, clear emotional blocks, and return to a state of calm clarity. Through guided breath patterns, meditation, and gentle integration, you’ll experience a somatic reset—releasing stored tension and opening space for peace and self-awareness.

This reset session includes several intentional rounds of deep breath, coupled with music & cues, then a relaxation round, and community reflection. Perfect for anyone ready to let go of stress, overthinking, or emotional weight and breathe into a lighter, more grounded version of themselves.

Jo Anne will be serving a custom blend of tea at the end that keeps the nervous system calm. 

No experience necessary—just come as you are and bring a yoga mat, blanket, journal, water and open heart.

Contraindications:  Somatic Breathwork™ is intended as a personal growth experience and should not be looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy. It is not appropriate for pregnant women, for persons with cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness or epilepsy.
