BWell Summer Camp: A Mind-Body-Heart Experience
Ages: 7–9
Dates: August 18–22, 2025
Time: 9:45 AM – 12:45 PM daily
Location: BreathWorks Studio – Squamish, BC

Give your child the gift of a meaningful and joy-filled summer experience. The BWell Summer Camp offers a mindful, playful, and heart-led environment where children explore emotional intelligence, somatic awareness, creative expression, and leadership—all rooted in connection to self, others, and nature.

Daily Themes & Signature Activities
Day 1: Brave Hearts + Bright Minds = Super Powers
Theme: Self-awareness & Courage
Main Activity: Design Your Own Superhero Cape – a wearable reflection of each child’s unique strengths and brave heart.
Day 2: Rooted in Nature, Connected in Heart
Theme: Empathy, nature connection & earth energy
Main Activity: Create Leaf Mandalas from foraged materials on a mindful nature walk. Short nature walk by Eaglewind Park with short playground play time.
Day 3: Big Feelings & Safe Spaces
Theme: Emotional literacy & nervous system care
Main Activity: Build a personalized “Calm Corner Box” filled with painted tokens, gratitude charms, gems, and self-soothing tools.
Day 4: Tiny Leaders & Community Builders
Theme: Leadership, communication & belonging
Main Activity: Group creative writing project: “How We Help People Feel Safe & Belong,” personal poems, artwokr or stories about inclusion and kindness. We will be printing this out and each child will receive a copy to share with their teacher in September.
Day 5: Roots, Rhythm & Celebration
Theme: Cultural connection, celebration & inner rhythm
Main Activity: Participate in a Rattle-Making Workshop and Song Circle
with local Indigenous artist and child & youth advocate
Lydia Williams, exploring
rhythm, voice, and connection to culture and land.
Ratio for this small group camp is 2 adults/ youth to every 4
children. We'll be taking maximum 8 kids.
