The holiday season can bring up a wide range of emotions for anyone who is currently experiencing cancer, has walked through it in the past, or is supporting someone they love. This two-hour workshop is designed to offer a safe, grounded, heart-centered space to help you navigate this time with more ease, connection, and resilience.

 

 

Together, we will explore gentle self-reflection practices, guided breathwork, and meditation to support your nervous system, soften emotional overwhelm, and help you reconnect to your inner strength. You’ll be invited to release what feels heavy, honour what is present, and create space for compassion and steadiness during the holiday season.

 

 

This session is open to those who are:

 

Currently in treatment

 

Post-treatment or in remission

 

Supporting a family member or friend

 

Walking through grief, fear, or uncertainty

 

Seeking community, grounding, or emotional support

 

 

You will leave with simple, accessible tools to support yourself through the holidays—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

 

 

This 2-hour session will be lovingly facilitated by Alley Vause and Loretta Cella.
