Step into a six-week, deeply transformative experience designed to awaken your voice, expand your self-expression, and reclaim the parts of you that have been waiting—quietly and patiently—to be seen.

Through a powerful fusion of improv fundamentals, heart-coherent breathwork, somatic awareness, and gentle creative exploration, you’ll learn to feel grounded, confident, and free in both your body and your story.

Over the six weeks, you will craft and embody a personal monologue—a truth you’re finally ready to honour instead of hide. This journey invites you into a new relationship with your voice, your history, and your inner power, held in a community of women who will witness and support your becoming.

This series is a trauma-sensitive and trauma-informed space, intentionally created for shedding fear, softening old patterns, and stepping into the transformative strength of community healing.

Each week builds on the one before as Louise and Loretta guide you into deeper self-expression, embodied confidence, and an empowered start to your year.

At the end of this series, we'll host a private group black box theatre style performance with a public community performance for those who choose on March 14th.
