We begin with gentle body movement accompanied by soft, uplifting music to awaken and reconnect with the body. This somatic flow helps release tension and opens space within—preparing you for deeper stillness.

From there, you’ll be guided into a meditative inner journey as Debra channels Reiki energy, attuning to the group’s collective needs and offering intuitive healing to support your alignment, clarity, and emotional release.

The session will close with a healing sharing circle—a sacred space to connect, reflect, and integrate your experience in community.
