During full moon yoga and meditation, your energy will be at its highest based on the magnetic pull of the moon. Just as the moon impacts the ocean and its tides, it has a very powerful effect on the body, which is comprised of 75% water. We work to channel this energy force inward, transcend the mind, and feel the Divinity within.
