• What to Wear – From layering tips to dressing for water temperature first, we’ll break down the difference between wetsuits, dry suits, and other thermal gear.

• Essential Gear – I’ll share my personal setup, from PFDs to dry bags, and give you insight on the must-have items that make cold water SUP both safe and comfortable.
