Eight-Week Coaching Series — Participant Instructions

We’re so glad you’re joining this deeper-dive series. To help you get the most out of the experience:

• This is an eight-week commitment.

We strongly encourage you to attend all sessions. We understand that life happens, but to the best of your ability, plan to be present each week.

• Please arrive early.

Give yourself a few minutes to settle in before we begin. Sessions will start promptly at 1:00 PM.

• Bring a journal.

If it supports you, bring something to write in so you can capture insights, reflections, and practices.

• Come as you are.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring water if you’d like, and honor your own pace throughout the work.

• This is a shared, supportive space.

Hold confidentiality, practice compassionate listening, and be respectful of everyone’s process.
