6-Week Yoga Series to Rebuild Rhythm, Strength & Self-Trust - Back by popular demand… because we all need a little reigniting now and then.

 

Join us for six intentional Sundays to rebuild your flow, refresh your practice, and reconnect with yourself and your community in the best possible way — steady, sweaty (but not too sweaty), and surrounded by good humans.

 

This is yoga for coming home to your body and breath — with room to challenge yourself on purpose and space to honor exactly where you are. 

 

Each class will thoughtfully layer and build, breaking down the foundations of flow (think: chaturanga, transitions, breath + movement connection) so you leave feeling clear, strong, and more at ease in your practice.

 

Whether you’re a little (or a lot) out of rhythm, new-ish and ready to learn, or a long-time yogi wanting to brush off the cobwebs, this is the perfect place to rekindle both your inner fire and your love of showing up on the mat.

 

Here’s how it works:

• Each class builds on the last but also can stand alone to build skills of a good yoga practice, on and off your mat

• You can expect expert guidance and personalized attention and feedback along with community connection and laughs 

• Miss a week (or even two)? No problem. We know life happens. One make-up class will be offered for anyone who missed a regulary scheduled class on the Sunday immediately following the series. If you miss more than one or can't make the makeup, credits will not roll over, but you’ll still receive the benefits of the container and progressive practice. 

 

Consider this your Sunday sanctuary — or as past students fondly called it, “yoga church” — where effort meets grace, community meets intention, and you meet yourself right where you are.

Sundays | 10:00–11:15am | Sept 14–Oct 19 (Make-up class: Oct 26)

Early bird price: $108 expires August 31, 2025

Regulary price: $135 after 8/31

 

Coming soon: on-demand video series of these practices to revisit on your own time via the Mars Hill Yoga app (filming to happen when new studio is ready!). All past participants will get lifetime access when this is live.

 

Cancellation Policy for Rekindle Series

Because this is a limited-capacity, progressive 6-week series, your registration reserves your spot for the full journey.

• If you cancel at least 7 days before the series begins, you’ll receive a full refund, minus a $10 admin fee.

• If you cancel within 7 days of the start date, no refunds are available unless your spot can be filled from our waitlist. If we’re able to fill your spot, we’re happy to refund you (minus the admin fee).

• Tickets are non-transferable. To prevent confusion and protect our community, participants may not sell, trade, or gift their spot independently. If you can no longer attend, please contact us directly. If you have someoen who would like take your spot, ask them to join our waitlist.

• Once the series begins, no refunds or credits will be offered for missed sessions, aside from the one optional makeup class offered on the Sunday immediately following the series.
