This 6-week series, led by Sarah White of Holistic Roots Coaching, is more than yoga- it's a compassionate path to nervous system regulation, grounded in real-life tools and community connection.
Each session weaves together yoga asana, meditation, guided journaling, and group discussion. The practical practices learned here are designed to empower you to navigate anxiety with self-trust and resilience.
This series is crafted to be experienced as a whole, from start to finish it offers a map for the journey toward inner balance and lasting calm.

Sarah White is a compassionate guide on the journey to holistic
well-being. As the founder of Holistic Roots Coaching, she combines
over a decade of experience with
a master’s degree in social work from Simmons University,
certification as a yoga teacher, and training as a meditation
instructor. Sarah's approach
is rooted in personalized care, empowering individuals to reconnect
with their authentic selves through balanced, sustainable
practices.
