Whether you’re brand new to Chaturanga or have been flowing through
it for years, this 90-minute workshop will help you move smarter,
feel stronger, and protect your body every step of the way.
Led by Yolonda, this all-levels deep dive breaks down the
alignment, strength, and control needed to master one of yoga’s
most foundational — and often misunderstood — poses. You’ll explore
the key components of Chaturanga Dandasana from the ground up, with
options to modify, strengthen, and refine based on your current
practice.
We’ll begin with a short, mindful flow to warm the body and
activate key muscle groups — setting the stage for a deeper, safer
exploration of the pose.
